Our consistent position: Exclusivity is not about being part of something. It’s about constantly setting yourself apart from everything else.

The brief

Red Sea Global needed one social partner for two destinations: The Red Sea, positioned as one of the last true hidden treasures in the world, and AMAALA, a sanctuary for the art of comprehensive wellness. Each had to speak for itself while sounding like one family, and both had to carry the group’s commitment to regenerative tourism and Saudi heritage.

The audit

Beautiful feeds, thin stories. The Red Sea leaned on Reels with repetitive themes and generic captions, and its sustainability story barely showed up. AMAALA looked like a collection of assets rather than a brand narrative. The benchmark set ran from AlUla and Ayla to The Brando, Soneva, Sindalah and El Gouna, and showed what quiet luxury does best: restraint, detail and a sense of what you’re not being shown.

The position

The audience who will actually visit is tiny and ultra-wealthy, but the audience who makes a place legendary is much wider. So the strategy widened the net (elite B2B, the world’s elite, and the aspirational buzz builders) and gave them one shared truth: exclusivity is not about being part of something. It’s about constantly setting yourself apart from everything else.

The Red Sea: create a legend, sustain the myth

“We have saved a place for you.” Content built on invitation over access:

  • Whispers from the Red Sea. Nature gets a voice, and the message is to leave only a feeling, not a footprint.
  • Legends of the Red Sea. Ancient desert fables, reimagined as a living, luxurious mythology.
  • The Unseen Hours & The Unseen Half. The craft behind the most intimate moments, and carousels that deliberately hold the last frame back for anyone who hasn’t been.
  • #BeTheFirst to the Unseen & The Keepers Club. Once-in-a-lifetime firsts, and a hidden-object hunt that rewards the guests who truly look.

AMAALA: calm the body, sharpen the mind

Wellness at the core, told through humanization, mindful luxury and nature’s voice: Yours, Always, letters written to the body; In Good Hands, the practitioners behind every treatment; In 3 Words; and AMAALA through all five senses.
