How a strategy gets made

Same four steps as a pot. Skip one and it cracks in the kiln.

  1. Wedge

Knock the air out of the brief. Who’s scrolling, what they already believe, where the culture is already moving.

  2. Throw

Centre one idea and pull it up until it has a name: Certified Hot Mess. Take your tastebuds for a ride.

  3. Glaze

Make it native. Formats picked by platform and production reality: carousels for quick wins, filmed series for depth.

  4. Fire

Launch, watch what performs, scale what works. Plans stay flexible enough to pivot around the moments that matter.

Paint. Clay. Cats.

Off the clock the tools change: brushes, a wheel, buckets of glaze in every shade of green and blue.

There is always a cat in the studio. There is always a cup too close to the edge.
